SizeGenetics Jelqing Routine for Comfort

This is the best way I have found to ensure a long, effective stretch while wearing SizeGenetics. Its how I personally am able to wear the extender for 6 days a week, without any issues of pinching, or slipping, for over 7 hours at a time (unless I need to use the bathroom).

I highly recommend every guy who is serious about adding an inch or more to their penis at least try these steps and adapt them to best fit your schedule and comfort level. Here is my SizeGenetics Jelqing technique, used in the morning (or before first putting it on for the day).

The SizeGenetics Pre-Jelq

  1. When you wakeup in the morning, get in the shower and get partially erect.
  2. Begin jelqing (instructions here) for about 5 minutes. Then stop and kegel 3-5 times to push more blood into the penis.
  3. Next give yourself a full erection, and then use the OKAY grip at the base to clamp off bloodflow. This should create a cock ring like effect, giving you a rock hard erection.  Do this for a count of 10 seconds.
  4. Release your OKAY grip, and resume jelqing for another 5 minutes. Jelq straight OUT from your body, using shampoo or soap as a lubricant.
  5. Repeat the Clamping step with a full erection once more for a count of 10.
  6. One last 5 minute jelqing session, still using the OUT from your body approach.

The Result...

This will give your penis a more "plump" appearance, and it will remain that way throughout most of the day. Immediately after getting out of the shower, dry off and put on the SizeGenetics extender.  It will be easier to put on, and you will experience no discomfort because your capillaries are all expanded, making for a much easier grip.

Achieving a long requires a firm grip on the head of your penis. At this point in stretching using sizegenetics, you will start seeing very fast gains - and the longer you choose to wear the extender for during the day, the better results you will see. Whats the best way to ensure you can wear the extender longer?  Obviously, maximizing your comfort- and the best way I have found to do that is beginning your day with a jelq session immediately followed by attaching sizegenetics for the day.

I highly recommend doing this in the shower in the morning, since jelqing is typically performed with water based lubricant and can leave a sticky residue.  After 3-5 hours depending on how much caffeine you drink, and how active you are throughout the day, your penis will have returned to its normal flaccid "non-plumped" state.

Long Term Pre-Jelqing

You can then remove the extender, restore some blood flow, and reattach the extender comfortably. After performing this routine daily for about a week you will find you have a better flaccid hang to your penis.  The jelqing expands your cells, and the extender forces them to stay that way, creating a complimentary effect that gives you a bigger flaccid penis and in the longer term, faster results that were easier to obtain.

You will also find that the ability to give yourself an erection every morning, with practice, will increase your sexual health and ease bloodflow to your penis throughout the day.

  1. Instead of doing the pre-jelq work...can i substitute with the bathmate for about 5-10mins instead of a full workout just to get the blood flowing?

    1. hey Q- You can do that sure. I personally just take a hot shower, and slap my penis against my leg a few times to get the blood flowing before my morning jelqing and pumping routine. Your technique works just as well, so long as your penis is filled with blood before jelqing you are good to go man.
