SizeGenetics Routine- One Month to 12 Hour Sessions

pdfButtonAfter you receive your penis extender you'll want to get started right away. While this is not a requirement, I HIGHLY recommend following this beginners routine.  It covers the first four weeks of use, and will ensure you adjust to wearing sizegenetics comfortably.

The most common mistake I see most guys making is applying too much traction to quickly. The result is slipping out of the extender, pain from wearing it to tightly (to keep the stretch), and just an overall negative experience with extenders in general.

Adhering to this guide is the best way to get results fast, and to avoid having a negative experience that interferes with daily use. Remember, this is six-month commitment so you want to get off to a good start!  You can print this guide and keep it in your SizeGenetics box or on the wall.


Week 1

Day 1Begin wearing the extender using the lowest possible tension. This is so your penis can adjust to being stretched, as well as the feel of the device.  The extender can be worn under your clothes, but begin by only wearing sizegenetics in plain sight to avoid unnoticed loss of circulation and quick adjusting if needed.* This is the basis for the first week- Plain sight use, and low tension.

Todays Goal: Stretch your penis for 45 minutes in 3 separate sessions of 15 minutes each. Adjust your extender so your penis is pointing straight down. Your stretch should feel pleasant and fairly tight. Always check for soreness and irritation at the end of the day.

Day 2Manual stretching for 15 minutes- you can follow the directions for manual stretching here.
Day 3You will still be using the lowest tension available, and wearing the extender in plain sight.

Todays Goal: Stretch your penis for 1 hour and 40 minutes, 4 sessions of 20 minutes each. After each session of 20 minutes massage your penis to restore blood flow. Achieving a 30% erection between sessions is sufficient.

Day 4Manual stretching for 30 minutes- you can follow the directions for manual stretching here.
Day 5Today you will be wearing the extender for longer, but like day one, it is advisable to wear the extender without clothing to keep a close eye on how well your adjusting. After todays session you should use a warm down technique.

Todays Goal: Stretch your penis for 2 hours and 20 minutes in 4 sessions of 35 minutes each. After the final 35-minute session, follow the warm down technique listed above.

Day 6 and 7Take these days off. Some people feel this is overly cautious, but we want to ensure your penis is not being over-stressed in the first few weeks.

 

 

Week 2

Day 1Stretch your penis for 3 hours and 20 minutes in 4 sessions of 50 minutes each. Follow with a warm down, and gentle massaging for 10 minutes.
Day 2Stretch your penis for 4 hours in 4 sessions of 1 hour each.

Note: At this point you will feel like wearing the extender all day. Resist the temptation and stick to the routine as outlined.

Day 3Manual stretching for 30 minutes.
Day 4Stretch your penis for 4 hours and 30 minutes. This time, in 3 sessions of 1 hour and 30 minutes each.

Note: Now we are beginning to string together your sessions to eventually get to 1 long session.

Day 5Stretch your penis for 5 hours and 15 minutes in 3 sessions of 1 hour and 45 minutes
Day 6 and 7Manual stretching for one hour, spread across four sessions of 15 minutes each. The stretching should be gentle, not aggressive tugging. Your penis is recovering from a week of stretching- the idea is to maintain the slight stretch achieved so far.

 

 

Week 3

Note: After each session this week, massage your penis to a partial erection to restore blood flow, and put at least 20 minutes between each session.

Day 1Stretch your penis for 3 hours and 20 minutes in 4 sessions of 50 minutes each. Follow with a warm down, and gentle massaging for 10 minutes.
Day 2Stretch your penis for 7 hours in 3 sessions of 2 hours and 20 minutes each.
Day 3Stretch your penis for 8 hours in 3 sessions of 2 hours and 40 minutes each.
Day 4Today you change from three sessions, to two. Stretch your penis for 9 hours in 2 sessions of 4 hours each, and 1 session of an hour.
Day 5Stretch your penis for 10 hours in 2 sessions of 4 hours each, and 1 session of 2 hours.
Day 6 and 7Manual stretching is optional, but advised if you don’t feel your penis is sore or in recovery mode.

 

 

Week 4

Note: After each session in week four massage your penis to a partial erection to restore blood flow and allow a few minutes before reattaching the extender.

Day 1Stretch your penis for 11 hours in 2 sessions of 5 hours each, and 1 session of an hour.
Day 2Stretch your penis for 12 hours in 2 sessions of 5 hours each, and 1 session of an hour.

Congratulations! You have reached your total hourly goal of 12 hours!

Day 3Stretch your penis for 12 hours in 2 sessions of 6 hours each.
Day 4Stretch your penis for 12 hours in one 7 hour and 30 minute session, and one session of 4 hours and 30 minutes.
Day 5Stretch your penis for 12 hours in one 9-hour session, and one 3-hour session.
Day 6Stretch for one 12-hour session without anything more than a few short breaks.

Advanced Routines

Note: Only begin the advanced routine listed here after first completing your first month with sizegenetics using the beginners routine above. Learn more about adjusting the tension here.

Each week should have you stretching for a total of 72 hours12 hours a day with a day off.

Week 5Your tension settings should be set at 600 grams of pressure.
Week 6Your tension settings should be set at 900 grams of pressure.
Week 7Your tension settings should be set at 1200 grams of pressure.
Week 8Your tension settings should be set at 1500 grams of pressure.

Intensity Techniques

After you've reached this level, you can start adding different intensity techniques to your routine. Select one and try it out for a day, and then move to the next.

Technique OneSlowly raise and lower your penis while it's in the Extender towards the end of your stretching session. Start with 50 reps, and try to work up to 500
Technique TwoMove the Extender in different directions (slowly, of course). You can try side to side, up and down, circular motions, or a variety of all these. The key is to try and stretch your penis and ligaments beyond the level that you're accustomed to. That's what causes growth.

*Exercise caution when using technique two.

Technique ThreeAdd an extra half-rod above your current length and try holding this stretched position with the help of your hand. Don't squeeze too hard or you'll cause bruising.

*Exercise technique three using extreme caution, and only after wearing the extender for several hours prior to extending the rods.
